The Xpay Progress bar calculates the experience points generated based on the previous day’s ratio between the number of deposits and withdrawals.
Ladbrokes’ Xpay Progress bar calculates the experience points generated by the player based on the previous day’s sales and the ratio between the number of deposits and withdrawals. Revenue includes the revenue generated by the acquisition and retention bonuses. Net income cannot be generated by bonuses.
Players generate experience points that allow them to unlock gifts. When a level is reached, the player acquires a star, changes his avatar and receives the gift corresponding to his level. The list of gifts generated at each higher level (= an acquired star) is the following: Levels 1, 2, 3 -> € 5 cash when increasing each level Levels 4,5,6 -> € 10 cash when increasing from each level Level 7 -> € 20 once level 7 is reached Level 8 -> SURPRISE (the player is personally contacted by our VIP manager)
The player receives his gift in the form of a promo code which he must enter in the appropriate field: “My account”> “Promo code”> “Send”
Each player’s Progress bar starts accumulating experience points every first day of the month from 12:01 AM to the last day of the month at 11:59 PM.
A player generates points by placing bets on casino games (“CASINO” and “GAMES” sections) if he loses money the day before & his deposit / withdrawal ratio for the month is greater than 1. (Greater than 1 means that the player has deposited an amount greater than his withdrawals at casino.ladbrokes.be)
Example of how the xpay progress bar works: A player has generated sales of € 1000 since the beginning of the month, so he reaches 4500 experience points. His yesterday’s NGR is negative, so he also gets a boost of 1.03 on his experience points generated from his sales. The player has deposited € 300 and withdrawn € 100, his ratio calculated on the basis of “deposits / withdrawals” is therefore equal to 3, which is worth a boost of 1.02 on his generated experience points through his turnover. He thus earned experience points equal to the following calculation: 4500×1.03×1.02 = 4727.7 experience points. Experience points accumulated by the player allow him to reach level 3.1 (the player has 3 stars to his name and has € 15 cash unlocked).
If the player has a positive net income from the day before (he won the day before), his net income boost will be equal to 1. Same, if the player has a deposit / withdrawal ratio between 0 and 1 (= withdrawals higher than his deposits since the beginning of the month), his boost generated by this ratio will be equal to 1.
Each of the first 8 levels (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) is divided into 3 sub-levels (represented by the progress bar next to the player’s avatar). Level 8 represents the highest level knowing that all gifts have been recovered. The remaining points before reaching the next level, as well as the next gift to which the player is entitled, can be viewed by clicking on the arrow to the right of the avatar (in the bottom left corner of the screen).
